I’m Michael, founder of Revenue Landscape. I spent fifteen years in B2B — in sales, then building Customer Success operations from scratch inside real organizations. Onboarding systems, adoption playbooks, retention motions, expansion programs. Not as an outside advisor. From inside the machine, where the pressure is real and the excuses run out.

That experience is worth something. But it’s not what makes us different.
